William Robertson is founder, president, and CEO of Monumental Contracting Service, LLC. With over 30 years of proven executive construction management experience, Mr Robertson is known for his strong leadership skills and team player approach. He has also attained a mastery of negotiation procedures, contract preparation, pricing, and oral presentation. He has professional experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, Program Director, Construction Manager, Rehabilitation Specialist, and Construction Engineer.


Mr Robertson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Technology from Tuskegee University in 1980.



Christopher Swain, Vice President of Monumental Contracting Service, LLC has attained over 25 years of office and field experience in the construction industry. Mr Swain's extensive experience with contract negotiation, project management, and estimating has enabled him to be highly effective in facilitating large scale projects with combined annual budgets in excess of $75 million.


Mr Swain earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Faulkner University in 1997, and an Associates Degree in Applied Science from Jefferson State Community College in 1993.
